
When the fridge is bare I sit down and plan 4-5 dinners. The main goals are to try and incorporate the same ingredients in the dishes so we don’t have waste, leftovers for one chill dinner, and plan for a big salad/lentil soup to eat all week for lunch. And then when I run out of meals, we start the meal planning over again.
✨ Pro tip - check the weather being doing this! No one wants to be boiling pasta on a hot day or grilling in the cold. At least I don’t!
