Make Bread in a Bag

My 5 year old bakes a lot with me - including some tricky recipes. I wasn’t sure if this would be too boring for her - but she loved it! Something about the gimmick of the bag (and not our loud kitchenaid mixer) got her so excited! And the bread turned out delicious (though needed double the proofing time)! I’ll tuck this away for days that need some joy.
